been in a high for many weeks so far and of course life is good, great and wonderful. My mind races with thoughts, conversations, images, memories, songs repeating over and over again in my head all at the same exact time. they fly through my head so fast that i can not even capture a second or recall anything that just passed in my mind. you try to hold on and focus on one but by the time you try your head if filled with more and more and more. you just want to get up and run, get away from yourself and you wish it will all stop but it doesn't. It all keeps spinning inside. You can't watch TV, you head is too full and can't concentrate, you can't listen to music if you do you hear it but it can't fit into the spaces inside that are already over loaded. all you can do is wait and deal after a while it seems you can't take no more. but you have to strive to make it through.

If you feel you can not do something......please ask yourself over and over again why, until you come up with a sure fire reason, when you come up with that no doubt in your mind reason, rethink it a bit, twist it, turn it, chew it up and spit it out. Look again because if you really look at it all....you can do something, you can get it done, never say never because never will never come......and ask yourself this....when was the last time you heard someone say.......oh darnit...never finally came??

we have those we look up to, we have those we admire, we have those we want to be like and we have those who we wish we can be.......and little do we realize that we already have one that's admirable, and true, ourselves. If we turn the page and look at ourselves more then we look and catagorize others, we may find something very beatutiful in the world. Look at yourself first, before you dare look at others. If we all did this how different would life be?

nothing too special but then again who is so special? we all just go in plain, twist and turn and try to become someone we want and in the end we look all around and realize that once agin we are exactly who we started out as. If we all just look around and realize one glorious day that we each are the same and all in all we're all human beings, that's all....that's it.
